《中华优秀传统文化赏析》是“职教出海”背景下，针对国际合作办学生源开设的人文类双语课程。是一门专门传播中华文明思想，弘扬中华民族精神，提高对外合作教育文化品位和海外学生人文素养的课程。
中华优秀传统文化源远流长，是中华文明的智慧结晶，是世界文明的重要构成。其蕴含的种种思想，是中国人民在长期生产生活中积累的宇宙观、天下观、社会观、道德观的重要体现。
"Appreciation of  Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture" is a humanities bilingual course designed for students in international cooperative education under the context of "vocational education going global." It is a course dedicated to disseminating the ideas of Chinese civilization, promoting the spirit of the Chinese nation, and enhancing the cultural quality of international cooperative education and the humanistic literacy of overseas students.
The Chinese excellent traditional culture has a long and profound history and is the crystallization of the wisdom of Chinese civilization, as well as an important part of world civilization. The concepts it contains are important reflections of the Chinese people's world view, social view, and moral view accumulated over a long period of production and life.
