With the strengthening of international exchanges, railway, as a window unit, has put forward higher requirements on service quality, especially the opening of high-speed railway and China-Europe freight train, as well as the launch of Belt and Road Initiative, which put forward new requirements on the service level and English ability of railway passenger staff. Aiming at improving the English service level of railway passenger personnel and guided by the systematic theory of vocational education working process, this course reconstructs curriculum content, actively explores the combination of this curriculum and working process, job qualification, on-the-job training specification and National Occupational Standards, cultivates high quality technical talents with practical operational ability and thus realizes the goal of training talents in higher vocational education.
