Medical statistics is a subject that uses the principles and methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics to collect, organize, analyze and infer research data during medical practices. In order to explore the complex relationship in human body, Medical statistics is provided to all medical students in the colleges or universities. Through inquiry-based learning method, students could clarify the common concepts of Medical Statistics, improve their practical ability of data processing and strengthen their ability of statistical thinking. This course focuses on analysis and explanation of the medical data, with the purpose of expanding students’ information horizons.
